Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We also use local storage and similar browser storage for settings, session continuity, and offline features (e.g. saved favourites on your device). Together we refer to these as “cookies and similar technologies”.
2. Who sets them
IDA (https://ida-ai.chat) is operated by Roman Dubrovsky, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia. Some technologies are set by us; others by infrastructure partners listed in our Privacy Policy (e.g. Cloudflare for security, Supabase for authentication).
3. Categories we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the service to work: sign-in, session security,
language preference (platform:lang), abuse protection
(including Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled). These cannot be
switched off without breaking core features.
3.2 Functional
Remember your choices: theme, cookie consent decision, optional offline copy of favourites, “open chat directly” preference.
3.3 Non-essential
With your consent, we use product analytics and error monitoring: Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Sentry. These tools help us understand whether the service loads correctly, where people drop out of the payment/auth flow, and which technical errors occur. We do not send chat content, email addresses, diagnostic answers or family details to these tools. Sentry Session Replay is disabled by default.
4. Your choice
On first visit you see a cookie banner with Accept and Only necessary for non-essential technologies. Choosing “Only necessary” leaves only strictly necessary cookies and storage. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser or contacting us.
5. How to control cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies per site. Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in or language sync. See your browser’s help pages for instructions.

Cookie — небольшие текстовые файлы в браузере. Мы также используем local storage и аналогичное хранилище для настроек, сессии и офлайн-функций (например, копия избранного на устройстве). Далее — «cookie и похожие технологии».
2. Кто их устанавливает
IDA (https://ida-ai.chat) ведёт Роман Дубровский, индивидуальный предприниматель, зарегистрированный в Грузии. Часть технологий ставим мы; часть — инфраструктурные партнёры из Политики конфиденциальности (Cloudflare, Supabase и др.).
3. Категории
3.1 Строго необходимые
Нужны для работы сервиса: вход, безопасность сессии, язык
(platform:lang), защита от злоупотреблений (Turnstile
при включении). Без них основные функции не работают.
3.2 Функциональные
Запоминают ваш выбор: тема, решение по cookie, офлайн-копия избранного, «входить сразу в чат».
3.3 Необязательные
С вашего согласия мы используем продуктовую аналитику и мониторинг ошибок: Яндекс.Метрику, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager и Sentry. Эти инструменты помогают понять, загружается ли сервис, где пользователи прерывают вход/оплату и какие технические ошибки происходят. Мы не передаём в эти инструменты текст чата, email, ответы диагностики или семейные детали. Session Replay в Sentry по умолчанию выключен.
4. Ваш выбор
При первом визите показывается баннер с кнопками Принять и Только необходимые для необязательных технологий. При выборе «Только необходимые» остаются только необходимые cookie и storage.
5. Управление в браузере
В настройках браузера можно блокировать или удалять cookie. Полная блокировка может помешать входу или синхронизации языка.
